Orders and Contract Formation
Please read these Terms of Sale as they are important to protect buyer and seller interests. If you do not agree to these Terms, you will not be able to place an order.
This Terms of Sale Agreement (this "Agreement") constitutes a binding legal contract between you and WEEMALL.COM, the owner and operator of WEEMALL.COM website (the "Site").
We may change these Terms of Sale at any time by posting changes on this website, and without giving you notice, so please check these Terms of Sale whenever you complete an order form and before you submit it to us. If you place an order with us after we have posted any change to these Terms of Sale, you will be agreeing to that change.
You may place your order on our Site at any time (subject to any planned or unplanned periodic downtime) notice. We reserve the right to reject any order, as we see fit, without giving any reason.
Some of our products and web pages are restricted from minors. If you are under eighteen, you will be restricted from access or buying any of these products from this website.
Right to Cancel
You may only cancel your order before you send your payment to us. Once your payment has been completed and/or verified, sale is final and you may not cancel your order. We accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by inaccurate information or material.

We have made every effort to display the items featured on this Site as accurately as possible. Payments and Disputed Payments
WEEMALL.COM does not accept checks, drafts, or money orders for orders submitted through the Site. We accept major credit cards, WEEPAY, bank deposit and Smart Money payments.
For bank payments, you are required to send your bank deposit slip to WEEMALL.COM for payment verification.
For Smart Money payments, you are required to send your transaction reference to WEEMALL.COM for payment verification.
For Credit Card payments, you are required to send the following documents for payment verification:
1. Front of your credit card (only last 4 numbers showing, the rest may be covered)
2. Latest billing statement of the credit card used for the purchase
3. At least one (1) valid ID (company or government issued)
This is for first-time credit card users only. This procedure is merely a step to prevent fraudulent transactions from happening and to discourage fraudulent actions in our community of shoppers. We guarantee that the information you provide us will remain confidential and will not be shared with other third party sources not related in your transactions with us.
You undertake and warrant that all details you provide to us when you place your order will be correct, that any credit card you use belongs to you.
For disputed payments, you will bear all costs associated with a disputed credit card charge which results in action from “chargebacks".
Pricing, Shipping, Pricing Errors, Other Errors
Prices offered on the Site are quoted in Philippine Peso. Such prices do not include shipping and handling, expedited service, or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges. If the amount you pay for an item is obviously incorrect, regardless of whether it is an error in a price posted on this Site or otherwise communicated to you, then we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order and refund to you the amount that you paid. This policy will apply regardless of how the error occurred.
Refunds, Exchanges and Cash backs
All sales made through the Site are final. No exchanges or cash backs for items purchased through this Site will be made. Unless purchased items are defective. You will shoulder all cost associated with exchange of a defective item. Only WEEMALL.COM Cancelled transactions are valid for refunds. WEEMALL.COM normally refunds three to five (3-5) working days after the transaction has been cancelled. However, the actual refund to credit card is dependent on the credit card's issuing bank.
Once you place an order, WEEMALL.COM will send you a system generated email within one business day and provide you with an order completion number. WEEMALL.COM will also send you a system generated email that informs you the status of your order and the processes and requirements you need to fulfill to verify, confirm and complete your order. When your order has been verified and your payment has been verified, you will receive your invoice. When your order is shipped, WEEMALL.COM will send you a shipment confirmation email with the shipping carrier tracking number, if available. By placing an order with WEEMALL.COM, you consent to receive email from WEEMALL.COM regarding your order. Data Protection and Privacy
WEEPAY and YESpayments use the industry standard, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, to ensure our online ordering facility is secure for credit and debit card transactions. Your credit or debit card details will be transmitted to us securely ONLY if you are using a secure connection (SSL) aware browser.
You will not disclose your password to anyone; you are responsible for all orders placed using it. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL OTHER REMEDIES, WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR LIABILITIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER OR NOT OCCASIONED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF WEEMALL.COM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE BY YOUR USE OF WEEMALL.COM'S PRODUCTS THAT YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS AND ANY RELIANCE UPON THEM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND THAT YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIRS OF ANY EQUIPMENT YOU USE IN CONNECTION WITH WEEMALL.COM'S PRODUCTS. Waiver and Limitation of Liability
WEEMALL.COM HAS PRICED ITS PRODUCTS UPON THE UNDERSTANDING, AND YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THE UNDERSTANDING, THAT WEEMALL.COM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY FORM OF CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF WHATEVER KIND OR TYPE ARISING FROM ANY TYPE OF COMMERCIAL, BUSINESS, ENVIRONMENTAL, TORT, WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER CAUSES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT AND/OR ITS USE, EXCEPT CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY INJURY TO A PERSON IN THE CASE OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOR CONSUMER USE. Follow all instructions and heed all warnings accompanying any products associated with the Site. Some products, including those with small pieces, may not be suitable for children and should be kept out of the reach of children. All tools used for construction of craft products must be used carefully and with adult supervision. YOU AGREE NOT TO JOIN IN ANY LAWSUIT WITH ANOTHER PERSON OR SERVE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OF ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST WEEMALL.COM ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS ORDERED VIA THE SITE.
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD COMPLETELY HARMLESS WEEMALL.COM FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY ITEMS PURCHASED VIA THE SITE.
Service Level Agreement
This Service Level Agreement defines the level of service expected by the CUSTOMER from WEEMALL.COM within the WARRANTY PERIOD with regards to the repair/replacement of defective products.
Section 1: SCOPE OF WORK
1. Basic Troubleshooting
- Power assessment
- Physical check / inspection
- Technical assistance
2. Replacement of defective products bought within the warranty period.
Note: Must conform on the warranty provisions of the product
Section 2: SERVICE COMMITMENT
WEEMALL.COM is committed to provide the following:
- Telephone assistance and basic troubleshooting from Customer Service.
- Replacement of unit will be based on individual suppliers warranty support.
The CUSTOMER also agrees to the following service commitment from the time the unit is purchased until the warranty expires.
2.1.1 The CUSTOMER will have access to WEEMALL.COM’s Customer Service from 9:00AM to 6:00PM, Mondays to Saturdays only.
2.1.2 If there are no possibilities that the problem can be resolved through telephone, WEEMALL.COM will refer CUSTOMER of next step based on the trouble shooting index or will refer CUSTOMER to the SUPPLIER’S nearest service center.
2.2 RESPONSE TIME
WEEMALL.COM is expected to attend any problem call received with-in the following standards:
2.2.1 Service Time: Monday to Saturday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
2.2.2 Response Time
2.2.2.a. Metro Manila Area Only
- Calls received from 9:00AM to 2:00PM will be immediately referred to Supplier’s Service Center.
- Calls received on or after 2:00PM will be referred the next business day.
Customer has the option to bring-in the defective product to WeeMall.com Head Office or to the authorized service center. Delivery of repaired product brought to WeeMall.com Head Office is FREE of charge and covers Metro Manila only.
- If CUSTOMER will request for an on-site repair, they will be referred to visit the nearest service center.
2.2.2.b. Provincial Area
- All provincial CUSTOMERS will be referred to the nearest Supplier’s Service Centers.
- If CUSTOMER opts to have the unit/s serviced thru WeeMall, they will return and shoulder the payment for the corresponding freight cost going to and from WEEMALL.COM.
22.214.171.124 Resolution Time (for repaired unit/s)
- Brought-in to WeeMall - Minimum of seven (7) and maximum of thirty (30) working days from receipt of defective unit.
(Note: Depends on the availability of the parts)
- Authorized Service Center - Based on the resolution time of the service center.
Section 3: ACCEPTANCE
Upon return of repaired unit, the assigned WeeMall’s Technical Support Personnel and or Supplier’s Representative will test the unit in-front of the costumer and the client may check if the unit is working properly.
Section 4: WARRANTY
Only all default warranty will be honored by WEEMALL.COM.
Section 5: OUT OF WARRANTY UNITS
For out of warranty units: there will be a DIAGNOSTIC/LABOR CHARGE for every unit to be checked and a corresponding fee for all the defective parts to be replaced. The WEEMALL.COM has no obligation in providing a service unit on all defective out of warranty units.
Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement, the entire relationship between you and WEEMALL.COM, and any litigation or other legal proceeding between you and WEEMALL.COM (whether grounded in tort, contract, law or equity) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without giving effect to its choice of law rules. This contract is fully performable in Quezon City, Philippines.
