    Yes, you can purchase products at WEEMALL.COM as a guest shopper. However, it would be more convenient for you keep track of your purchases with your own account, so we suggest you register as a WEEMALL.COM member. It’s easy and it’s FREE!
     
  • What types of products can I purchase at WEEMALL.COM?
    You can purchase both tangible and voucher-based/code-based products at WEEMALL.COM. Tangible items are those that require physical delivery. These include goods such as clothing, shoes, books, cell phone units and such. Voucher-based/code-based items are those that do not require a physical delivery but instead are delivered electronically, through email or text message. Examples of these are vouchers and gift cards.
     
  • Are all items being sold in WEEMALL.COM authentic?
    WEEMALL.COM strives to provide its customers with the utmost satisfaction in their product choices. Thus, we made sure that all our items are of the best quality. All items sold in WEEMALL.COM are authentic and original. They come from our accredited merchants whom we have personally verified as legitimate providers of these products.
     
  • How do I shop at WEEMALL.COM?
    Whether as a WEEMALL.COM member or as a guest shopper, you can shop at WEEMALL.COM anytime of the day and anywhere you are. If you are a member, you are required to login first. Just search for your desired item by typing the product name in the search bar and click the Search button. Once you’ve found your item, click the Add to Cart button to add the item to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, just click the Checkout button, choose your payment options and follow the rest of the payment process and you will receive an Order Completion email. Once WEEMALL.COM has verified your payment, you will receive an Invoice of your purchase in your email. Then, just wait for the product to be delivered to you.
     
  • How would I know that my transaction was successful?
    WEEMALL.COM provides you with email notices informing you about the status of your order. This will also indicate whether your transaction is pending (for payment completion or verification) or if your transaction is successfully completed and if it is already for delivery. If you are a registered member, you can also check your transactions via your WEEMALL.COM account.
     
  • What are system generated email messages from WEEMALL.COM?
    System generated email messages are verification messages sent to your email for every transaction you conduct in WEEMALL.COM. Since these messages are system-generated, they leave no room for human errors, biases and outside interventions and they do not reveal transaction information to outside and external sources. Their primary purpose is to help you verify and secure your transactions within the WEEMALL.COM platform.
     
  • What if WEEMALL.COM does not offer the product I want?
    The WEEMALL.COM team work hard to ensure that our customers will enjoy the most number of quality products and services. However, if you cannot find a particular product you want at WEEMALL.COM your suggestion of this product would be highly appreciated.

    Just contact our Customer Service staff and inform them about the product you need. They will be happy to tell you if the product is available under a different category, out of stock, or when it may become available. If the product is not in our inventory at the moment, then it will be reported as a suggested product that WEEMALL.COM will strive to make available for you and the rest of our shoppers.
     
  • I know the item is out of stock, but can I still pay for it and wait for new stocks to arrive?
    It will be best to wait for stocks to be made available again and on display on the website. This way, you can use your money to pay for other items you might want to purchase instead. If you are a registered WEEMALL.COM member, you can use the Wish List feature to keep tab on items (both available and out of stock) that you want to purchase in future.

  • Do you have a physical store?
    Our showroom is where some items from our online store are displayed. You can also buy the items directly from our showroom and pay for them in cash or credit card. It is located at #191 Roosevelt Avenue, San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City.

  • How do I pay for my items?
    WEEMALL.COM offers you safe and secure payment options so you can take advantage of both offline and online payment solutions. Here are some of your convenient payment choices:

    Use your ATM via WEEPAY
    You can pay online using your ATM via Weepay. It is an online payment solution that enables over 15.5 million Filipino ATM account holders to safely and easily pay and receive payments online. They can also transfer funds via their Weepay account. Weepay account holders also enjoy lower transaction costs and are backed by the country’s largest ATM networks: Bancnet and Megalink.

    Use your Credit Card
    WEEMALL.COM’s credit card payment system is integrated with YESpayments ensuring safe and secure payments.

    For your credit card transactions, a WEEMALL.COM Customer Service Personnel will contact you for verification of your transaction details. You will also receive an email informing you of the verification procedure. In the meantime, you may prepare a copy (scanned is better) of the following documents for payment verification.

    1. Front of your credit card (only last 4-digit numbers showing, the rest may be covered).
    2. Latest billing statement of the credit card used for the purchase (only last 4-digit numbers showing, the rest may be covered).
    3. At least one (1) valid ID (company or government issued).
       
    For faster verification, you may also submit a scanned copy of these documents to: payments@weemall.com with subject: Credit Card Payment for OR#____ or fax these documents to (+632) 376-7968. Once you have emailed or faxed the documents, call our customer service staff and inform them that you have submitted these documents for verification.

    This is for first-time credit card users only. When you shop again using the same credit card, you will not be asked to submit these documents anymore. We follow Republic Act 8484 or the Access Devices Regulations Act of 1998 where any person caught defrauding a credit card transaction will be punishable by law. This procedure is merely a step to prevent fraudulent transactions from happening and to discourage fraudulent actions in our community of shoppers.

    We guarantee that the information you provide us will remain confidential and will not be shared with other third party sources not related in your transactions with us.

  • Do you have zero interest (0%) rate payments or installment plans?
    We offer selected items which you can purchase via credit card with zero interest (0%) rate and/or on installment.
     
  • Do you accept cash payments?
    We accept cash payments when you buy items from our showroom.
     
  • Do you accept meet-ups?
    No, we do not sell or deliver items through meet-ups. You may buy your items from our online store or our showroom.
     
  • Can I pay and pick-up my items?
    Yes, you can pay for your items beforehand and just pick it up from our showroom. We only need to verify your payment and then we will advise you when your items are ready for pick-up.

 


 

DELIVERY

  • How do I get my items?
    WEEMALL.COM provides nationwide delivery service so you don’t have to worry about separate shipping hassles. Each item you buy has its own shipping rate displayed so you know just how much your total purchase price is. You can also enjoy reduced shipping rates when you buy more items. All you need to do is complete your transaction and wait for your items to be delivered right to your doorstep. Please note that surcharges may apply for areas that are out of the courier's delivery coverage. 
     
  • Where does WEEMALL.COM deliver?
    WEEMALL.COM offers delivery of items nationwide.
     
  • Do you deliver internationally?
    Currently, we only offer nationwide delivery service but eventually, we will also be serving other countries in Asia.
     
  • How does WEEMALL.COM deliver?
    WEEMALL.COM utilizes reliable third-party courier or shipment services for its fast and efficient delivery system.
     
  • How much will delivery cost?
    Delivery cost vary depending on the location and weight of the product you wish to purchase. But with WEEMALL.COM's Reduced Shipping Fee nationwide, you get to save on delivery fees as you purchase more products.
     
  • What is reduced shipping?
    Reduced shipping enables customers to pay less shipping fee when they purchase more items in a single transaction. When you purchase two items in a single transaction, you won’t pay for their individual shipping cost. Instead, it will have combined shipping cost. The reduced shipping fee will be computed based on the weights or dimensions of your items, whichever is higher. Thus, if the shipping cost of your first item is Php100 and the shipping cost of your second item is Php200, you won’t pay for a shipping cost of Php300. You will only pay Php200 or Php250, based on the computation of the combined weight and/or dimension of your items.
     
  • Do you deliver on the same day I purchased my items?
    We follow a delivery lead time of 3-4 working days within Metro Manila and 5-7 working days for delivery to provinces.
     
  • How soon before my order is processed for delivery?
    As soon as your payment is verified, your order will be processed for delivery. This is also when the delivery lead time begins.

 


 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

  • Does WEEMALL.COM allow return of products?
    WEEMALL.COM only allows product returns if one or more of the following reasons apply:

    1. Product has been confirmed to be damaged or defective at the time of receipt
    2. Wrong product was shipped and delivered to the customer

    All products subject for return must be reported immediately (within 24 hours) upon receiving of the product. Products should be in the same condition and original packaging as when purchased. If the product to be returned includes freebies when purchased, these freebies should also be returned along with the product.
     
  • When is a product considered defective?
    A product is considered defective if the supplier identifies that the product is indeed defective based on their standard quality control guidelines.

    • Defective merchandise may be returned back to WEEMALL.COM within 24 hours (1 day) upon receiving the product. It will be evaluated for repair or replacement by the supplier.
    • If you want to return an item you think is defective, please call our After Sales Service hotline first to report your claim.

  • How do I return a product?
    To return a product, you should call our Customer Service Department to inform them that you wish to return a product you purchased from WEEMALL.COM. You will be asked to provide the reason for returning the product. A review will be conducted if the reason for return is valid. You will then be notified if the product is eligible for return or not.

    If the product is eligible for return, you can ship the product back to WEEMALL.COM for further quality control measures. You can also personally drop the item at our showroom or at other selected locations within Metro Manila as arranged with customer service. Once the product return is approved, a product replacement, or other remedy as agreed upon between you and customer service will be facilitated.
     
  • Who shoulders the shipping charges for returns?
    The buyer is responsible for all the shipping charges incurred for items returned.
     
  • What if there is no available replacement for a returned product?
    You will be informed by customer service if a product replacement is unavailable. In such a case, you have the following options:
    • Choose a different model of the product from the same brand
    • Choose a different item in WEEMALL.COM
    • Get a refund

  • If the chosen replacement costs more than the original purchased product, you will have to settle the balance through bank deposit before WEEMALL.COM ships the new product. However, there will be no cash back or credit provided for excess amount if the chosen replacement costs less than the original purchased product.

  • Does WEEMALL.COM allow refunds?
    WEEMALL.COM only allows refunds under the following circumstances:

    • If the product/s you purchased (paid purchases only) is not available and you do not want it be replaced by another product.
    • If the product you purchased is defective and WEEMALL.COM has no available stock to replace the defective product you do not want any other product in WEEMALL.COM.
       
  • Does WEEMALL.COM allow exchange of products?
    WEEMALL.COM does not allow exchange of products.

    A Gift Cheque is a voucher or coupon that you can use to purchase items in WEEMALL.COM. This is like purchasing credits or points that you can use in future to buy items. When you use your Gift Cheque, its equivalent value will be deducted from your total amount to be paid. Thus, if your total payable is Php1,000 and you use your Php200 Gift Cheque, then the amount you have left to pay is only Php800.00.

Thus, if your payable is Php1,000 and you use your Php100 Discount Code, then the amount you have left to pay is only Php900 or if your payable is Php1,000 and you use your 10% Discount Code, then the amount you have left to pay is only Php900. A minimum purchase or purchase of a particular item or an item from a particular category or brand is usually required to activate use of the Discount Code.
